In order to make life easier for our customers we have merged the support ticket system and the Velnet Client Area and you now can submit a ticket directly from the Velnet Client Area. From 30th November 2009 this ticket system is closed and only the one from the Velnet Client Area is used. The login details to the client area are included in the login details that we send for a website but the password can be recovered, if needed, with the Client Area Password Recovery Tool.
